How do we handle confidentiality and access to sensitive accounts?

I sign an NDA before I touch anything. For account access, I use dedicated logins where possible and never share credentials outside secure tools. Your financial, client, and personal data stays confidential, full stop.

You can check my portfolio for the platforms and tools that I have extensive experience. If you’re on something different, I’ll learn it. You won’t be paying me to figure out the basics though, I move fast on new tools because the underlying systems thinking is the same.

Once we book the discovery call, I send over an onboarding questionnaire so I understand your business before we talk logistics. Most clients hand off their first task within a week of getting started.

Right now it’s just me. That means no handoffs, no juggling between account managers, you get direct access to the person actually doing the work.

Engagements typically start at $1,500-$2,000 per month, depending on the actual support needed. We’ll land on the right scope during the discovery call.

Then we part ways with no hard feelings. The discovery call itself is free and no obligation, and even after that, if the fit isn’t right in the first few weeks, we can end the engagement cleanly. I’d rather you feel confident saying yes than locked into something that isn’t working.
